Loot Arena international B2B SaaS subscription terms
1. Provider
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Loot Arena software platform for international customers. The provider is Individual Entrepreneur DANIIL SAVINYKH, legal form: Individual Entrepreneur, identification number 345827171, registration date 25/02/2026.
Contact email: [email protected].
2. Product
Loot Arena is a B2B SaaS platform for computer clubs and gaming lounges. It provides CRM, loyalty missions, analytics, guest retention tools and operations workflows for club owners and managers.
Loot Arena does not provide gambling, betting, casino, sweepstakes, in-game currency, skins, virtual items for resale, or cash-out mechanics.
Loot Arena is not sold as an advertising service, telemarketing product, automated social media marketing product, SMS marketing product, message-app marketing product, political campaigning product, or a marketing scheme.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Access is sold as a paid subscription per club location. Prices are displayed on the pricing page before checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
The first payment is a minimum 3-month payment because it covers implementation, onboarding and initial service access. After implementation, customers may renew monthly where available, although 3, 6 and 12 month renewal terms may be offered.
For Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, local currency prices may be shown on the website for budgeting and commercial clarity. Unless a Paddle checkout offers another supported currency at the time of purchase, invoices are issued in USD using the exchange rate on the invoice date. Bank transfer and correspondent bank fees are paid by the customer.
Payments for international customers may be processed through Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle may collect billing information, calculate taxes, issue receipts and provide payment support according to its buyer terms and policies.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, billing and club information, keeping access credentials secure and using the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Customers must not use Loot Arena to run gambling, betting, illegal prize schemes, money transmission, payment services, resale of virtual goods, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or payment processor rules.
Customers must not use Loot Arena for outbound telemarketing, mass messaging, unsolicited advertising, automated social media engagement, political campaigning, or any activity that would turn the product into a prohibited marketing or messaging service.
5. Service access and changes
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Loot Arena may update features, improve workflows, modify integrations and perform maintenance when needed.
If a third-party integration or external service changes, some product behavior may be adjusted to keep the service secure and operational.
6. Intellectual property
Loot Arena software, user interface, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks and related materials remain the property of the provider or its licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy available at /legal/refund-policy. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by the Refund Policy, Paddle rules or applicable law.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available at /legal/privacy-policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, third-party service failures, or consequences of incorrect customer configuration.
10. Updates
The provider may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.
