We may process customer account data, business contact details, billing identifiers, subscription status, support messages, technical logs and product usage events.

Where a customer connects club systems or imports guest-related data, Loot Arena may process that data as a service provider acting on the customer's instructions.

Data is processed to provide the software service, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, deliver support, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve product features and comply with legal and tax obligations.

International payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle may process buyer, payment, tax and invoice information according to its own buyer terms and privacy notices.

Loot Arena does not store full card numbers.

We may use hosting, analytics, email, support, payment, infrastructure and security providers to operate the service. Data may be processed in countries other than the customer's country where our providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
